1. What's the commission structure for the Shakespeare Cigar Corp. affiliate program? Shakespeare Cigar affiliates enjoy the best commissions of any e-commerce site on the net today. Premium Affiliates earn 30% on sales generated through their store. You can have your own sub-affiliates and earn 10% of their sales. You earn commissions on all web sales made by your customers, and we have no time limit on how long you keep a customer. Your affiliate ID is attached to the customer log-in so the site will recognize them as your customer when they log in to make a purchase.2. How often do I get paid? We pay commissions to affiliates monthly. The minimum to receive a check from us is $25 in commissions during a calendar month (if you earn less than $25, your commissions carry forward until you have earned the minimum for pay-out.) We mail all payments by the 15th of each month for the prior months sales. Accounts outside of North America may contact us about receiving wire transfer. $50 will be deducted from your payout to cover the cost of the wire. You must bear any additional fees from your bank. A minimum payout of $500 is required for wire transfer.3. How does the system work? Our affiliate program tracks the visitors you refer to our site, collects all the sales and traffic data and then tracks how much your site earned. As an affiliate, you will have access to an online reporting system that will provide you with detailed sales and traffic statistics for your site 24 hours a day.4. Does it cost anything to become a premium affiliate? There is a $500 set-up fee and $10 per month hosting fee for PREMIUM STORE AFFILIATES.5. What are Shakespeare Cigar's criteria for accepting or rejecting anyone? We encourage anyone with a web site or without to join our premium affiliate program. However, we reserve the right to reject any application.6. If I don’t have a Web site, can I apply to be a premium affiliate? Yes, you can qualify as a PREMIUM STORE AFFILIATE by having a large offline client base, then it is possible to participate without an existing web site. We will build your turnkey site for $500.7. Can I become an affiliate if my site is based outside United States? Prohibited Countries: Due to excessive fraud attempts, We do not allow webmasters who reside in the following countries to participate in our program: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Israel, Jordan, Kaliningrad, Kazakhstan, North Korea, South Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Moldova, Pakistan, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Syria, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, and Yugoslavia.8. What about product returns? If a user returns a product for a refund, or if credit card charges are reversed due to credit card fraud or a dispute, your affiliate account will be debited for any commission earned on that transaction. Your commissions will not be affected if a product is exchanged for new merchandise of equal value or if the merchandise is lost or damaged and we ship replacement goods to the customer.9. Can I have multiple affiliate accounts? Some webmasters prefer to have multiple affiliate accounts to track different promotions on their site. Our program supports custom campaigns within your account, so it's no longer necessary to maintain multiple affiliate accounts to run campaigns. If you need to set up multiple accounts, contact us at: affiliates@shakespearecigars.com and we will help you set that up. Be advised that we cannot conglomerate sales across multiple affiliate accounts to meet your minimum for payout.10. I have a very specific clientele on my website and need an offer that you don't have listed. How can I get a promotion made for my site? We are always looking for more promotional opportunities that will make our webmaster affiliates more successful. Contact us at affiliates@shakespearecigars.com and we'll try to get a promotion that works for your site.11. Can I use my affiliate links in email promotions? Our Terms and Conditions for webmasters specifically prohibit promotion of our products in email.
